Nikolai Gusev has a hard time taking anything that seriously. I mean... look at the way his fat face looks. He wouldn't be so round in the neck skin if he wasn't arching back like a showhorse.
Why yes, everyone, it's yet another character.... he's Russian! (Wow! No way! 8D) The strappy thing is also on the wrong side because I... flipped my image.  I'm so tricky.  From the thumbnail, I'm seeing that if I had made his neck fatter and come down from his ear this would look a lot better already... HMMM... I need help with necks at a 3/4 view. o3o How many of you want to bet that if it were a swastika in the background I'd get haters??  I think the neck's okay  -- "I can't stick a skeleton bone in that...teehee!" - Guybrush Threepwood  Nice, it immediately reminded me of a Hellsing character...Because of his uniform and (What's that the symbol for again?), but it would have been a swastika. Anyway, great job.
